Terms of Service
Last updated 24 July 2026. Plain-English terms: use the tool fairly, understand what the reports are, and know exactly what you're buying.
Using Skavora
Skavorameasures how AI assistants talk about brands. By running a check you confirm you're happy for the details you enter to be used to run that check, as described in our Privacy Policy. The free check is provided as-is, with fair-usage limits on how often you can scan.
What the reports are
Reports measure what AI engines said at the moment of your scan. AI answers vary between runs, engines change their behaviour, and a score is a snapshot — not a guarantee of future visibility, traffic or sales. Where a scan can't complete cleanly the report says so; use partial results accordingly. The reports are information to act on, not professional advice.
Payments and refunds
The full multi-engine report is a one-time purchase of £7.99per brand — no subscription, no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. If your paid scan fails to produce a usable report, email us and we'll re-run it or refund you — we don't charge for reports that didn't deliver.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to overwhelm the service, scrape it at scale, resell scans without agreement, or use it to measure brands as part of anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block usage that degrades the service for others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skavora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on a report. Our total liability in respect of a paid report is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
